I've been doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Wednesday for dinner I had leftovers of the anniversary dinner.

This will be my last entry in this project. It simply has been too time consuming, and I find that I'm just as good when I track things without photos. Overall, I lost about 5 pounds. More importantly, I've broken some bad habits and formed better ones.
