Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Thursday, I had leftovers for dinner. I've begun to like eating snap peas and other fresh vegetables for snacks. They're very filling. In the evening, I had a chocolate from a sampling that The Gryphon brought me to make up for my rough week.
