September 2, 2009 - Camera Phone Diet

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. On Wednesday, I tried to eat better, making sure to not eat so many carbs but substitute fruits and vegetables instead.

Here's what I ate:

Wednesday, September 2 - Breakfast  Wednesday, September 2 - Lunch  Wednesday, September 2 - Apple & Kashi Bar  Wednesday, September 2 - Dinner

Wednesday, September 2 - Mini - Pizza  Wednesday, September 2 - Coffee  Wednesday, September 2 - Strawberries  Wednesday, September 2 - Snack
