Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Friday, for the first part of the day, I tried to avoid things that supposedly lead to indigestion (wheat, dairy, citrus, beans, soy... or just about everything I typically eat!). For the day, consequently, I came in a little under my allowance.
