May 6, 2009 - Camera Phone Diet

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Wednesday was a little unusual: I drove a friend to Lancaster and ate a very filling late lunch at a Greek diner.

Here's what I ate:

Wednesday, May 6 - Breakfast  Wednesday, May 6 - McCoffee  Wednesday, May 6 - Greek Salad  Wednesday, May 6 - Gyro  Wednesday, May 6 - Coffee  Wednesday, May 6 - Snack

I weighed myself, and so far, I've lost 3 pounds!
