May 18, 2009 - Camera Phone Diet

Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Monday I had leftovers from the Greek festival for dinner. They were just as good the second time. No baklava this time, though. Which is probably good for the diet!

Here's what I ate:

 Monday, May 18 - Breakfast  Monday, May 18 - Muscle Milk  Monday, May 18 - Lunch  Monday, May 18 - Afternoon Snack

Monday, May 18 - Dinner  Monday, May 18 - Coffee  Monday, May 18 - Evening Snack
