Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Wednesday was a pretty typical week day. I didn't have time to cook, so I had a frozen veggie patty, making it into a sandwich. One thing this diet has done for me is to remind me to always have some color (veggies!) on the plate.
