Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. I had a pretty ordinary Wednesday.
Since people asked about my progress, here's how it's gone. The first month, I lost 5 pounds. But then, sadly, I bounced back up 3 pounds (some of which I believe was muscle). For three weeks, I hit a plateau, and this week, after increasing exercise, I lost 1.2 pounds. So while the net loss is only 3 pounds to date, I feel like I'm in better shape.
