Until I reach my goal of losing 15 pounds (which will put me where I was on my wedding day), I'm doing something called the "Camera-Phone Diet," where you photograph everything you eat. Sunday, I ate a little more sensibly, which was a little tricky considering that we ate out for both breakfast and dinner. I did, however, manage it by emphasizing fruits and vegetables and boxing up anything beyond a sensible serving.
